HOTEL, RESTAURANT, CAFÉ & BAR

In 1837, Arnt Flengstad opened “Hotel du Nord,” Trondheim’s first hotel. Just a few years later, he had to give up his hotel dream and concede to the newly established “Hotel d’Angleterre.” Together with his beloved Ingeborg, he moved to Dronningensgate 26 in 1839, where they continued welcoming travelers to Trondheim.

Now, we are carrying Arnt’s hotel dream into the future.

A black-and-white photo of a reconstructed wall corner with a shovel leaning against a black radiator on a dirty floor.
A row of colorful historic buildings with ornate windows and statues on the facade, under a blue sky with clouds.
